  PORTS TO GET YOUR PASSPORT STAMPED Always ask when you arrive in Port and most immigration officers will be happy to direct you. Grand Cayman . This is one of the coolest passport stamps in the whole world (at least I think so!); it’s a peg leg turtle pirate. Yes, seriously, a peg leg turtle pirate. This one’s pretty easy to get too. Once you’ve arrived in port, after tendering in, there’s a small building with Customs officials who will stamp your passport. The building’s usually pretty easy to find, but we did stop to ask and make sure it was the right one before we went in. This one is also a two for one – if you head over to Hell, Grand Cayman, they’ll give you a novelty stamp saying you’ve been to Hell. Aruba and Curacao . Here you can hit the jackpot of Passport Stamps, You can get both of these on one sailing. In both Aruba and Curacao, we just asked where the Customs house (or office) was and then walked over. Last Updated: July 20th, 2022 Our Rating: ***** (5 Stars) A Little About Nassau A lot of people do not like the port because it is often under construction, the shops can be overly crowded sometimes, and there are people constantly pestering you to buy things, buy tours, and to buy transportation. I mean they will try to sell you everything. Finding transportation in this port is not hard at all and the taxi prizes were not bad. Nassau is one of the most visited ports in the Bahamas and the most popular cruising destination in the Caribbean itineraries. It is located in the islands of New Providence off the coast of Florida.   WHAT DOCUMENTS DO I BRING? Required Documents: **A Valid U.S Passport- **I highly recommend this versus just the passport card or your birth certificate. Carnival highly recommends that all guests travel with a passport valid for at least six months beyond completion of travel. · Why? - Because if something happens with say the ship, you get sick, there is a medical emergency, etc. and you need to get back to the States from a foreign country via Flying you will need that passport to fly home and will not be able to with a Passport card or Birth certificate. · The Passport Card-  The passport card cannot be used to travel by air outside the United States.  U.S. citizens may present a limited-use, wallet-size passport card.
